The venue was lovely, I appreciated the location close to the jungle, Lago Agrio and the airport, and city views. Everyone was attentive and accommodating. The setting of hotel was peaceful and marvellous, to the bus terminal. And it's not too far from Pho Ying, ate there once or twice.

We had a fantastic experience at Platinum Class. the hotel is located in a peaceful area and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They provided helpful advice, took care of our laundry, and even had a jacuzzi bathtub in our room! the room itself was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. the family who runs the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, driving us to our jungle trip meeting point and even cooking us a complimentary lunch. the view from our room was also fantastic, overlooking the city. We highly recommend Platinum Class for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. 👍.

I stayed at Platinum Class for 3 nights during my jungle trip. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, even driving me to the meeting point and bus terminal. The new building and clean rooms were a pleasure, with hot water and great air conditioning. The view from the 2nd floor was stunning, and the location, a short walk from the city center, was quiet and peaceful. I would definitively stay here again.
I would recommend this hotel.
